How do you supply power to the LED numbers?

Simply plug it in to an electrical outlet. Most homes have an outdoor electrical outlet near their front door. We supply 8 feet of cord with the standard power supply/ An additional 8 feet if provided if you purchase the optional waterproof day and night sensor(turns on at dusk and off at sunrise). Additional 10ft waterproof extensions can be purchased for those customers who need to extend a longer distance. For a completely permanent solution any registered electrician can permanently wire the light to your home.

Do you offer a warranty?

Each physical number light is warranted for 1 year post purchase. Upon our receipt of the light we will send a replacement to you at no cost.

What is your return policy?

We ONLY accept returns & exchanges on faulty products. Do NOT accept unwanted returns due to the nature of custom-made products.
Cancel order need to contact us at info@lithousenumbers.com within 24 hours after order.
If product arrives damaged/defective, contact us at info@lithousenumbers with photos or video.
We provide one year warranty service on the LED lighting.

My friend has a coupon code, can I use it?

Coupon codes are mailed or emailed to specific addresses but anyone can use them. Please make sure you use it before the expiration date to get the best deals!

Can I buy your product or find your designs anywhere else?

Our products are exclusively designed and manufactured in house.

What is the best way to contact you?

The best and fastest way to contact us is via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response but the majority of the responses will have a much faster turnaround.
