Refund policy

Because of the personalized nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.  Once printed these items are non-refundable. If you contact us before your item enters production we are happy to cancel the order.  However once your individually customized artwork is printed, it cannot be canceled.  Most  previous customers provides glowing reviews of their artwork upon their receipt.  For extenuating circumstances we may offer a 10 day grace period and return an order on a case by case basis.
